ABOUT  THE FOUNDER

DRIVEN BY PASSION

Movement has always been at the center of my life. Growing up, I played just about every team sport imaginable — but volleyball is where I found my real passion, taking me to Concordia University, Irvine, where we won the 2013 NAIA National Championship, and later to Lindenwood University to finish my career.

But my athletic journey was far from easy. I injured my low back as a teenager and did what most athletes do — pushed through it. For years, I spent hours in the athletic training room just to be cleared to play. That experience changed everything. It showed me firsthand how the right guidance, movement, and mindset can transform recovery and the way you understand your own body.

That realization led me to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University, graduating in 2021. Since then, I've worked in an outpatient sports medicine clinic in the Denver metro area treating professional athletes, weekend warriors, and post-surgical patients — helping them rebuild strength, restore confidence, and get back to what they love.

Along the way, I kept hearing the same question: “What’s next?” Traditional physical therapy would end — sometimes before people truly felt ready — and too many were left without a clear path forward. Pain may have improved, but strength, confidence, performance, and long-term resilience were often still missing pieces of the puzzle.

That’s where the vision for True Line Performance Therapy was born.

I wanted to create something that went beyond the traditional rehab model — a place where physical therapy, performance training, movement education, and injury prevention all work together under one roof. Not just helping people recover from pain or injury, but helping them move better, perform better, and continue doing the things they love with confidence.

Over the years, that passion naturally expanded into the game of golf — a sport that perfectly blends movement, performance, longevity, and skill. Golfers don’t just want to be pain-free; they want to swing faster, move more efficiently, stay healthy through long seasons, and continue enjoying the game for decades. I quickly realized the same principles that help athletes perform at a high level also help golfers play better and feel better on and off the course.

Whether you’re an athlete chasing performance goals, a golfer trying to gain distance and consistency, a parent wanting to keep up with your kids, or someone simply looking to feel stronger and healthier in everyday life, the goal is the same: build a body that supports the life you want to live.

True Line Performance Therapy is built around individualized care, long-term health, and empowering people to take ownership of their movement, fitness, and performance — not just for recovery, but for life.
